No applicant shall be permitted to take the practical examination unless the applicant has successfully completed the theory portion of the examination. An applicant shall achieve a score of not less than 75 percent on the theory portion of the examination in order to be eligible to take the practical examination. 13: (b) Applicants must receive a passing grade on each part of the examination to obtain a license.
